Job Description

Description: The logistics manager will be responsible for assisting in the creation of events and activities, sourcing and organizing all supplies needed, preparing and maintaining buildings and sites for events, and communicating with vendors and guests related to the events.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the owners to create and develop marketable events.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and guests during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain event budgets.
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
  • Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a coordinator is preferred.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Outstanding vendor management skills..
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
