Job Description

The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 invites applications for seasonal Bartenders/Servers at Kinosoo Ridge Resort. This position is responsible to support the front of house service, create and mix non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, table service, and maintain an overall best guest experience in service.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete and serve food and beverage orders, including table service.
  • Preparing beverage recipes, and presentation standards.
  • Set up workstations and prepare ingredients.
  • Maintain excellent customer service for the best guest experience.
  • Assist with weekly inventory and supplier ordering.
  • Organize and store goods following FIFO.
  • Handle cash and interact machines using a POS system.
  • Daily till cash outs.
  • Deliver the highest of food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in beverage and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • ProServe required.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • POS System experience will be considered an asset.
  • Mixology or Bartending courses will be considered an asset.
  • Food Safety will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with people of all levels.
  • Obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Will be required to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Class 5 license will be considered and asset.
  • Quick problem solving.
  • Self-motivated, and good time management skills.
