You will be committed to coaching, identifying areas for staff development, communication with the Member Service Advisor team, as well as the management team. You will be responsible for staff scheduling and performance management. As Lead, Member Services, you will provide leadership for exceptional member service delivery and support individual, team and organizational goals.

  • Lead all areas of member functions, including balancing, security procedures and product information by providing technical direction to Member Service Advisors
  • Respond and adapt to new opportunities and industry changes with enthusiasm and urgency
  • Support the Member Service Advisor team by empowering team members to make effective decisions
  • Provide coaching and follow-up to develop talent; conduct performance appraisals to support individual objectives and providing support as needed
What You Offer
  • 1-3 years experience in financial field including transactional and administrative duties
  • Above average interpersonal skills used to communicate policies, procedures and objectives to ensure a positive team experience
  • Excellent organizational, time and resource management skills that enable and support collaboration
  • Experience providing coaching and employee development support
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology and software
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects/objectives
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
