You will be committed to coaching, identifying areas for staff development, communication with the Member Service Advisor team, as well as the management team. You will be responsible for staff scheduling and performance management. As Lead, Member Services, you will provide leadership for exceptional member service delivery and support individual, team and organizational goals.
