Executive/Personal AssistantThis position provides a key role within the organization, responsible for the overall office and administrative tasks, serving multiple roles. The ideal candidate will poses the following key skills;-Ability to prioritize and multi-task-Excellent time management skills-Well-developed organizational skills-Great verbal and written communication skills-Proven professional discretion-Flexible, goal oriented, drivenKey technical requirements of the position are included below;-proficiency in QuickBooks/Work Order Management Software/Microsoft/POS Software-post-secondary education-preferably in business, and or approved equivalent of experience-minimum valid G class drivers licence-preference given to candidates with Pleasure Craft Operators Permit, and A, D, and/or Z endorsements-basic understanding of relevant legislation related to standard business operations-ability to work remotely, and to travel to various work locations, where requiredThe ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-started and provides a key role within the organization, responsible for the overall office operation and other key administrative tasks, serving multiple roles. You have excellent time management skills and well developed organizational skills, paired with great verbal and written communication skills. Your past proven professional discretion, and ability to work independently gives you the tools to maintain project guidelines, while managing multiple task simultaneously. Experience in managing multiple emails accounts, social media channels, including solid operational abilities within QuickBooks, Microsoft and others. You will have good interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people, through multiple mediums; your ability to communicate with customers, retailers, stakeholders both internal and external in a professional and discreet manner. This role will assist ownership with daily operating tasks for multiple operations, as well as interfacing with personal matters. You have a proven and strong ability to manage a complex bookkeeping operation and posses an obsessive level of attention to detail, and experience with banking procedures and correcting financial discrepancies.
