Job Description

IntroductionDovre Group is pleased to present the following opportunity: Project Materials Coordinator.Duration: 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension at the Client’s discretion.FunctionRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic analysis of project materials in relation to requirements for third party fabrication shops.
  • Coordinate receiving documents between third party fabrication shops and third party engineering firm.
  • Expedite materials from vendors destined for third party fabrication shops.
  • Other duties as assigned by project manager, procurement manager, or warehouse manager.
