Job Description

Job Title:Work Package CoordinatorClassification:TemporaryLocation:Come By Chance RefineryClosing date:August 22, 2022Schedule:Days - Mon-Fri (5X10S)Posting Type:ExternalWork Package CoordinatorThe Work Package Coordinator is responsible for developing work packages for Conversion work scope. Update all construction quality related information to project trackers and systems and issue bill of materials to warehouse.The incumbent is expected to contribute to a positive working environment with a continued commitment to safety.Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) such as Maximo
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Outlook and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Adaptable and flexible; willing to take on new responsibilities as assigned
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Updating package progress reports
  • Data entry for package tracking
  • Organization and maintain a Work Package tracker
  • Print and File Hard copy Work Packages
  • Work closely with the Planners and field Superintendents
  • Other duties as assigned.
