The work changes daily.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain vacuum, super B, and/or quad-wagon equipment and various specialty toolsWork safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labour intensive capacityClimb safely into small vessels and tanks with industrial cleaning equipment – our experienced crew has your backComplete minor maintenance and checks on equipmentEnsure safety for all team members and propertyProvide quality services to our clientsWork as part of a team and follow direction from supervisionLearn new skills every day by rigging in and out specialty equipmentLeave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done.Haul hoses, PPE and tools to where the work is being doneComplete required paperwork for projects and jobsOther duties as assignedQualificationsClass 1 licence with no more than 5 demerits in last 2 yearsDriving is in your nature, a manual transmission is a breeze (10, 13 speed, doesn’t matter you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours)1+ years’ experience on vacuum, super B, and/or quad-wagon equipment is requiredWilling to get your CSO certification (or combination of CSTS-09 and OSSA Regional or BSO)Valid confined space and elevated work platform tickets are an asset nut not required, we will train you!SkillsAbility, from experience, to do camp work and work in remote locations – it’s not for the faint of heart!Strong mechanical aptitudeYou are safety focused when it comes to people and equipmentPerform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)You have the ability to work well in a team, share a laugh with your coworkers and get the job done safelyAdditional InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
