This is a 3-month temporary position.If you are a quick learner, reliable, solution oriented, possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure; apply now!What We Offer:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Payroll and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing as per contract and employee payments on all auditable contracts and non-contractual work scopes
  • Assist with administering the billing process; receiving signed service orders, entering actuals into Field FX, ensuring employee hours billed match with the hours they swipe on site
  • Submit hours to payroll, enter hours into to client system, confirm that the hours in both the clients and our system balance
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems including tracking/reporting duties as required
  • Perform visual review of daily LEMS, prior to submitting to finance to ensure a streamlined billing process
  • Assist with coordination of employee site mobilization or activation of new hires, liaison with onboarding coordinator
  • Provide additional administrative, dispatch and operational support/coverage as required
Role Specifications:
  • 3+ years of related work experience is required
  • Related administrative support certificate is considered an asset
  • Experience with using SAP and CDMS is an asset
  • General knowledge of project costs, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable are required
  • Prior experience with payroll is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – very comfortable using Microsoft Office products (excel, word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel to site locations when required
  • Valid Class 5 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the past 3 years is required
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations and with various groups and individuals
  • Quick learner, especially when it comes to computer programs
  • Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environment
