Job Posting End Date:Position Type:EmployeePosition Sub Type:Permanent Full TimeWork Location:Conklin, ABShift:A/B-Shift Tuesday (Canada)____________________________________________________Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Support CoordinatorEmployee Type: PermanentReports to: Administration LeadLocation: Christina LakeJoin us …Reporting to the Administration Lead, the successful candidate will coordinator all the administrative functions for the Maintenance and Reliability Department while providing support for Turnaround, Planning & Scheduling and Operations as a whole.The Maintenance and Reliability Support Coordinator is accountable for the efficient day to day running of the Maintenance office and working with all departments with MEG CLRP. You will ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively while providing a high quality of service for contractors and all others in the office.This position is a dynamic role and will appeal to individuals who are detailed, self-motivated, flexible, analytical and who want to work in a fast-paced environment.Your day-to-day:

  • Provide leadership in establishing a strong Safety culture within MEG Energy and with our service providers, vendors and third-party contractors
  • Coordinator monthly safety meetings, aid in the preparation of the presentations, prepare minutes
  • Liaison between various departments on site: camp, Logistics, IT, Site Services, Operations and Safety
  • Daily collection of force reports from contractors to ensure valid musters/ERP information
  • Vacation and schedule tracking for Maintenance, Planning & Scheduling and Warehouse departments
  • Schedule training for Maintenance employees as required
  • Ensure accuracy of camp charge sheets for employees and contractors
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Ensure communications and inquiries received by both internal and external sources are addressed and routed in a timely manner
  • Provide onsite administrative support for outages, Shutdowns and Turnaround
  • Provide line of support for end users on site: Maximo Super User
  • Provide basic Maximo training for technicians and crafts
  • Familiar with all Maximo modules including Planning, Work Order Tracking (Oil), Labour, Purchasing and Inventory
  • Maintain Maintenance Resource Loading Workbook
  • Support the development of business work processes for Asset Management
  • Maintain accurate regulatory compliance records as per defined process
  • Link all documentation to regulatory work order as per defined process
  • Support Planners and Scheduler with CMMS tasks as required
  • Backup Support for the Scheduler in Primavera P6.
What you will bring to MEG:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with CMMS packages
  • Superior multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
