Join our team to deliver a better tomorrow.Graham is seeking a Project Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our MEG Energy project team near Conklin, Alberta.This is a temporary position for our Turnaround project scheduled to run from April 2022 to approximately May 2022.Schedule is a 6/1 for the duration of the shutdown window.A Project Clerk / Administrator coordinates all office services and related activities, including developing and managing programs for the maximum utilization of resources, services and equipment.Responsibilities:performs clerical duties and office functions, proofs and records data from various sources, makes photocopies, sends and receives faxes, answers basic to complex inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and delivers mail, meters mail, types documents, orders office supplies, and works with office forms and procedures.Minimum Requirements:
