Join our team to deliver a better tomorrow.Graham is seeking Quality Inspectors to join our MEG Energy Turnaround project in Conklin, AB.

  • This is a temporary position for our Turnaround project scheduled to run from March 2022 to approximately May 2022.
  • Schedule at the moment is 5/2 for planning, then 8/4 for onsite pre-planning (2 weeks) and then a 6/1 for the duration of the shutdown window.
Responsibilities:
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • May assist with training entry-level employees.
  • Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.
  • Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.
  • Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.
  • Tracks quality assurance progress.
  • Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma & 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CSA Q178.2 CWB Certified Level II or Level III with appropriate code endorsement CSA 178.2
  • CWB Level I with appropriate certification may be acceptable with trade certificate or engineering diploma or welding/ material technologist diploma with 3 years relevant industry experience
  • API 510 and/or API 570 certificates are acceptable substitute for CWB II or III
