You will be responsible for delivery of French language Instructor Led Training, as well as, recording, editing, and localizing training videos and multimedia content in both English and French, ensuring that our materials effectively reach our diverse workforce.Although the roles primary focus is creation, delivery, and maintenance of training materials, they will also connect with stores to maintain awareness of store issues and to support implementation of training materials and programs.What you #39;ll do- Bilingual (English/French) Training: Facilitate training sessions in both languages, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.- Content Creation: Produce high-quality training videos and multimedia content in both English and French, aligning with instructional goals and company standards.- Video Editing: Edit and enhance training videos, incorporating graphics, animations, and interactive elements to improve learning outcomes.- Localization: Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of French-speaking audiences.- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and field teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.- Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make improvements as needed.- Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and video production.What you bring- Bilingual - English/French - Required- Previous experience in corporate training facilitation- Instructional design - an asset- Proven experience in video editing and multimedia content creation- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team#LI-FM1About UsAt Marks, we want you to experience an extraordinary career in helping to lead our brand #39;s evolution to be Canada #39;s number one destination for industrial and casual apparel and footwear.
