Provisional Physiotherapists and New Grads welcome!Perhaps you don’t want to spend time mobilizing joints or soft tissue and just focus on exercise rehab, or you have a stubborn range restriction that won’t change.Our Chiropractorsamp; Massage Therapists will help with that!Perhaps you #39;re tired of having to refer out for X-raysOur Chiropractors will help with that immediately on-site!Perhaps you would love a cost-effective option for your patients to continue their exercise routine outside of your sessions.Our Personal Trainersamp; Kins will help with that!Perhaps you would love a fully dedicated Administrative team to take care of bookings, insurance/direct billing, and inquiries (reducing barriers to patients)Our Admin Team will help with that!Perhaps you would love a Marketing Team to help promote your work within the clinic while you focus on being a PhysioOur Marketing Team will help with that!Perhaps you desire mentorship and growth, clinically and/or business-wise.Our Management Team will help with that! At MYo you will also have the chance to learn from different professions, including Practitioners who are certified in McKenzie, DNS, Graston, Cupping, SFMA, FMS, Webster, K-Tape, TMJ, Peri-Natal, TCM Acupuncture, and more! 1x/month we do dedicated hands-on skill development sessions, while this is also available more on request.Our Physiotherapists enjoy 1 hour assessment slots and either 30 or 45-minute follow-ups, as you see fit (not a patient-mill clinic). You will also have access to Heat Therapy, Cryotherapy, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, Class 4 Cold Laser, and a fully equipped gym for exercise therapy and movement assessments! Independent, closed-door treatment rooms (no curtains) Yep, you bet! Oh, and we treat a variety of MVA, a few WCB, but not AHS cases.At MYo Lab you will be surrounded by like-minded professionals with the common goal of providing the best possible care to our patients. You will be supported with weekly meetings, role-play opportunities, access to elite coaching from around the world, research rounds, and more. • Loves to meet and interact with new people (thisquot;fills quot; your cup).
• Known by friends/family as bubbly/optimistic, the life of the party.
• Has gratitude for daily life and sees the cup as always at least half full.
• Often referred to by others as a team playeramp; coachable.
• Neatamp; organized.
• On-time means at least 15-mins early, as far as you #39;re concerned.
• Experience using JaneApp is a huge plus. So please mention in your CV if you are proficient in this!

*Upon application, you will receive a set of questions ensuring you have read and suggest you meet the above criterion. If successfully complete that portion within 24 hours, a 15-minute Teams interview with your potential future Team Lead will be set up, then if on to the next round will be reference checks of your top 2 references, followed by an in-person meeting at MYo Lab with 2 of our Management Team, then beyond that the final stage will be an offer sent to you! • A) EMPLOYEE FEE-SPLIT: Guaranteed monthly base salary as an Employee, topped up to a Contractor-equivalent (considering the Employee perks of EI, CPP, HSA/Education Fund, Vacation Timeamp; Supplies) fee-split of 50% for Physios in their 1st or 2nd year; 55% for ≥ 3 years of experience. This is your starting split, with a stepwise incentive plan all the way up to an extra 10% (60% forlt; 3 years; 65% for ≥ 3 years), based on your objective performance
• B) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FEE-SPLIT: The traditional Physiotherapist compensation route. You pay for your supplies, control your schedule, etc. 50% for Physios in their 1st or 2nd year; 55% for ≥ 3 years of experience. This is your starting split, with a stepwise incentive plan all the way up to an extra 10% (60% forlt; 3 years; 65% for ≥ 3 years), based on your objective performance
• We pay your split for Report Fees as well! Ie- WCB/MVA reports
• Retention bonuses after the first year
