We are looking for a leader that is committed to partnering with clients as the trusted advisors of choice on major infrastructure projects across Canada.Our group is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, advising public and private sector clients on a wide variety of projects in the water, transportation, energy, healthcare and social infrastructure/civic buildings markets. As a Director you will contribute to the strategic direction and leadership of the business as a member of the Infrastructure Advisory leadership team. You will also demonstrate leadership in the industry, and actively improve Colliers Project Leaders #39; Infrastructure Advisory profile.You will be expected to identify, secure and deliver assignments, managing client relationships and satisfaction on engagements.As a Director you will help to develop the Infrastructure Advisory team and lead the implementation, management, growth and continuous improvement of advisory services across a broad range of specializations including:- feasibility studies, business cases- procurement strategy and options analyses- capital planning- PMO development, implementation, process improvement- asset management- transaction structuring- market researchYou will be responsible for the management of challenging assignments in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders #39; high delivery standards, including managing a small team to these standards. You will lead the identification and conversion of opportunities in order to further grow our business.- Minimum 7 years #39; experience leading client engagements gained in an Advisory or Professional services organization- Strong drive to develop business efforts on behalf of the Infrastructure Advisory Business Unit- A broad consulting skill set including strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, organizational and analytical skills- Financial and commercial acumen, familiarity with complex financial models and a deep understanding of capital project development- Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs- Strong organizational skills creating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Demonstrated client engagement and business development capabilities and experience, and a proven track record for business development and experience identifying opportunities for future business growth in the advisory sector- A demonstrated portfolio of work experience leading client engagements within the infrastructure and buildings sector (civic assets, water, energy, transportation, healthcare etc)- Proven leadership capabilities and working with a multi-disciplinary team- Demonstrated initiative and ability to communicate and effectively engage with a diverse group of clients at the senior management, executive and board level#LI-CS1Don #39;t have every single qualification We know that some people are less likely to apply for a job unless they are a perfect match.
