Job Description

Our dynamic client prides themselves on serving the wastewater industry for over four decades and they are looking for a Field Technician to join their team in Calgary.This organization emphasizes integrity, accountability and collaboration and they are looking for a skilled professional that mirrors these values!Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble and setup monitoring equipment
  • Collect sewer flow and rainfall data
  • Operate and maintain monitors and gauges
  • Complete and maintain production documentation and reports
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Follow safety specifications and maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is considered an asset
  • Able to problem solve with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player who can also work independently
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change
  • Must adhere to all safety procedures and complete all training requirements and certifications
  • Able to travel to sites and work overtime as required
  • Have a valid class 5 drivers license with clean abstract
  • Open to a criminal background check and routine drugamp; alcohol testing
