As a member of the Asset Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that will utilize your business knowledge and skills, while providing you the opportunity to develop new skills. Direct involvement in the business planning process and an interest in property investment are expected.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Contribute to the property budgeting process and the preparation of the annual business plan- Assist in analyzing new leasing deals and undertaking tenant credit checks- Contribute to ensuring the accuracy of real estate valuation models (Argus Enterprise)- Assist Financial Analyst as necessary, including the preparation of various ad hoc analyses (Excel-based)- Miscellaneous projects with other departments and corporate team membersQUALIFICATIONSSERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:- A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with changing priorities- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oralamp; written) and ability to interact with all levels of the organization- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and independently when required- Demonstrated flexibility, strong organizational skills, and detail orientation- Ability to effectively balance a varied workload involving numerous projects and overlapping time constraints to meet tight deadlines- Professional with a positive attitudeEXPERIENCEamp; TECHNICAL SKILLS:- Proficient in MS Office (Specifically MS Excel)- Exposure to Real Estate Valuation Software is an assetEDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:- As a successful candidate, you will be working towards a degree in Business or Economic studies, preferably with a focus on Finance or Real Estate.We are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
