The major duties of this role include processing payments, generating AR invoices, updating the AR Manual on an ongoing basis and processing AP invoices. The incumbent must communicate with accuracy, politeness, and professionalism.Reporting Structure: The ARamp; AP Team Member reports directly to the Accounting Manager.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • · Process payments (cheques, credit cards, EFT’s);
  • · Generate AR Invoices;
  • · Review/Verify vendor invoicesamp; approvals;
  • · Maintain accurate records;
  • · Process month end duties;
  • · Other duties as required to support business growth.
Skills Required:
  • · Strong communication (written and verbal);
  • · Intermediate knowledge of MS Office with proficient knowledge of Excelamp; Word;
  • · Effectively organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Educationamp; Experience:
  • · Business/Accounting Diploma, or 1 year work experience in a similar role;
  • · Acceptable security and criminal record check;
  • · Experience using Microsoft Business Central considered an asset;
