ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
  • Receiving phone calls and responding to emails, in a timely fashion, from customer regarding product and pricing inquiries
  • Conducting follow up and check ins with periodic customers on product requirements, provide offers as per supervisor’s direction
  • Assist with Okanagan valley Sales representative as needed
  • Order Entry for Sales Rep
  • Verifying orders every morning for last minute changes or inventory issues and communicate with Sales Reps accordingly
  • Batch printing orders for the next day, create clear order slips
  • Spot check warehouse inventory
  • Create credit slips and double check prior to submitting for approval
  • Must be able to work with cold and warehouse environment

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in an admin position with strong organizational and multitasking skills (required)
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required) w/ a means of transportation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required
  • Proactive decision making, go getter attitude and detail oriented.
