Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will support the contribution of the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. In this role. you are responsible for your team’s delivery of a consistent and crafted product and leading through genuine warmth and care, providing our guests with memorable and Iconic culinary experiences.In this role, you will maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product.As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of culinary experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
  • A passion for culinary and creating world-class experiences
  • A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. You see things from a new perspective
