Our 2 DVM practice is in need of a receptionist 2 days per week currently, with the possibility of extending hours further in the near future. We are a small and passionate team working our way up to further excellence with our client and patient care. Animal Industry experience is a plus, but not necessary for this position. We are more than happy to train! If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply, and we look forward to welcoming a new member.Expected Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.60About The Role:Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions and providing exceptional customer service. This involves greeting and checking-in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach. This person will appropriately screen calls, book appointments, take detailed messages as well as provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients. Responsibilities also include performing a variety of administrative office tasks, including mail (receiving, sorting, distributing, posting), drafting memos and other correspondence, completing reports and other ad-hoc document requests.
