Working closely alongside our crown agency partners, our team of 9,500 strive to offer the very best gaming, entertainment, dining, and hospitality experiences.Our Vision is to be the leading gaming, entertainment, and hospitality company in our chosen markets by providing superior entertainment value and exceptional experiences.Our Mission is to provide outstanding experiences to our guests, rewarding opportunities for our team, and superior value to our shareholders.Position Summary:Reporting to Director, ERP Solutions, this position is responsible for ERP solutions related activities that support the HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations; user support; updating of requirements and training materials; design of new procedures, while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the following areas:
  • Collecting business requirements;
  • Performing business process analysis;
  • Preparing gap analysis;
  • Researching system configuration and functionality;
  • Preparing technical and user documentation;
  • Conducting configuration activities;
  • Creating test documentation;
  • Performing testing;
  • Provides training to ERP champions across relevant organization functions.
  • Maintains ERP system configuration documentation as well as contributes to knowledgebase maintained by IT Helpdesk.
  • Provides 3rd level of application support for ERP systems.
  • Develops standard and ad hoc reports as required ensuring integrity of data transactions through applied business rules.
  • Recommends and implements improvements to ERP solutions
  • Participates in the project planning, management and execution to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects.
  • Liaises and communicates effectively with development team and all appropriate operational departments in a variety of communication mediums; leads meetings.
  • Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: employees, vendors and guests.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and positive service oriented communication.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or Commerce or Finance or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • 5 - 8 years of experience with ERP solutions analysis and configurations
  • Superior ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply business requirements to IT solutions
  • Advanced skill in MS Excel is required
  • Cognos and SQL experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP time and attendance systems (Kronos and Virtual Roster), JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud or other ERP is required
