What You #39;ll Accomplish
  • Manage and perform on-site repairs and preventative maintenance for EV charging equipment.
  • Expertly diagnose failures at both the remote and onsite level, down to the component.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all field visits.
  • Document processes and generate detailed service reports for stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage inventory tasks, including spare parts logistics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, sharing knowledge and information proactively.
  • Represent FLO as an ambassador to customers and partners in our charging networks.
  • Tackle additional relevant duties as required by the role.
What Sets You Apart
  • Hold a valid driver #39;s license and have the ability to travel without restrictions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and knowledge of TCP/IP and Ethernet networks.
  • Familiarity with Electrical codes and electrical distribution systems.
  • Proven experience in HSE procedures with a strong aptitude for assessing and managing risks
  • Ability to skillfully interpret construction and electrical drawings.
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years of combined customer service and electrical systems experience.
  • Possess 3-5 years of field service experience.
  • Electrical certification, SSH knowledge, Starlink knowledge, EV ownership, and a deep passion for innovative technologies are highly desirable and advantageous.
