Our managers promote our mission, vision, values and most importantly, the culture of each of our unique restaurant families.We are currently looking for Overnight Shift Leader.Overnight Shift Leader (only local candidates)
  • Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
  • Must work a minimum 3 days per week.
  • 10 pm - 6 am
Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience is required.
  • Ability to motivate yourself and others toward a common goal
  • Experience working as Shift Manager at McDonalds is considered an asset.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
  • Helps maintain standards for raw and finished product quality, service and speed, quality and cleanliness
  • Controls labour hours and cash flow while on shift
  • Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files
  • Completes assigned shift paperwork; Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures; Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
