Before it was difficult to be 100% certain of the results that creative work produced. However, today’s modern marketer has a plethora of tools at their disposal to tell them exactly how effective their work is.We decided to use our creative experience with the best digital marketing practices, and focus on producing data driven results for our clients. To build upon the work we have done so far we are looking for a steady, no-nonsense Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor to join our team part-time.*The candidate we are looking for is interested in varied and diverse creative projects ranging from corporate videos, to explainer videos, to social media ads. They will be supported by a talented group of experts in their respective fields who will provide knowledge for the candidate to utilize in executing video projects for our clients.The ideal candidate has very strong story-telling skills as they will need to communicate the clients messaging in a creative manner, under the guidance of our Director. • Explainer Videos

• Interview style Videos

• Recruitment Videos

• Staff Training

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share perspectives and ideas

• Work with our video lead to understand project scope and objectives

• Follow creative briefs

• Work with team members to resolve technical and/or editing issues

• Effectively piece together the story either from existing script or outline
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects
• Design and create graphics for video projects (illustrations, storyboards, style frames)

• Create title graphics for video projects

• Sound editing

• Assemble edit rough cuts

• Able to prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects

• Able to clearly communicate through storytelling

• Handle multiple tasks

• Work within time scope

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years experience in a video/design studio environment

• Expert use in Adobe Premiere

• Can handle client revisions

• Super organized with files and folders

• Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and ability to provide and receive constructive criticism

• Committed independent and responsible worker

• Willing to accept and provide direction

• Good knowledge of After Effects
• Exceptional design skills

• Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

• Bonus: Degree in Video/Film Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent
