Job Description

A top-producing Realtor at Stonehaus Realty is looking to hire an enthusiastic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant. You will work with the Teams everyday operations as well as clients listings, buyers, etc. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and have knowledge of social media.Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative operations
  • Provide data analysis and support for projects and assignments
  • Draft communications, develop and maintain marketing reports, and create presentations
  • Create and edit digital marketing materials, brochures, postcards, newsletters, eblasts, listing descriptions and online listings
  • Track and monitor all team communication and follow up for showings
  • Maintain and organize our CRM to ensure all data is up to date
  • Communicate with clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the sales process
  • Update and maintain active listings
  • Create and upload daily posts and boosts on Team Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube and various RE platforms
  • Schedule and supervise photo shoots, videos, and floor plan drafting
  • Administrative duties include creating files, both paper and electronic and facilitating print orders.
Necessary skills and/or experience:
  • 1 year experience in real estate
  • 1 year+ of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or providing similar support
  • Must be tech-savvy with fast paced computer skills
  • Skills in multi-platform marketing and social media
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva
  • Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Experience interacting with high-level individuals in corporate and social settings
  • Works effectively with or without direction; does not require close supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail, set priorities, and adapt quickly to changes
  • knowledgeable with Paragon, Trello, Mailchimp, Dropbox
Job Type: Part-time Hours are flexible Ideally 9-3 or 10-2 Monday to Friday.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20-30 per weekSalary: From $20.00 per hourAdditional pay:
