Learn about what we do from our current and upcoming projects here.About the Role:Working on one of our current construction projects, you will be assisting the current site team with several tasks, interchanging daily. It’s no secret that boots on the ground get the job done best, so working alongside the construction trades team and following directions from the site management crew will become your everyday life.Functions of this role include:

  • Running the Telehandler on-site, helping to move and relocate materials and items too large and cumbersome to be moved by hand;
  • Load/ unload deliveries, helping to keep the site organized and pathways clear;
  • Lifting skids, pallets, materials, small machinery, and other items needed into higher and harder-to-reach working areas;
  • Perform routine checkups on the machine, alerting any safety issues or operating challenges that arise;
  • Assisting hands-on with the site functions when not operating the machine, from general labor to site cleanup, to helping to run safety checks on site.
What you Bring:
  • Prior driving and operating experience using a Class 7 telehandler;
  • Good communication skills and a strong ability to understand requests and follow directions;
  • A great work ethic that shows you are a true team player, working while in the machine or assisting hands-on while on foot;
  • Eagerness and a drive to grow within the organization, and take on new challenges and tasks as they arise;
  • Independence and the ability to work alone, with the desire to get the job done instead of awaiting further help and directions.
