Job Description

MacLeod Cares offers a mix of Independent Living, Community Care, Respite Care and Long-Term Care services for up to 71 residents. Our modern, licensed facility is located on a quiet cul de sac in a pastoral setting in Crapaud, PEI and part of Macleod Group Health Services LTD (MGHSL). We are seeking individuals who are committed to service excellence and providing quality person centered care. We are looking for the best and brightest people who are committed in helping us maintain the highest standards in resident care.As a Ward Clerk/Admin Assistant, you will work within a team of highly skilled professionals who together are accountable for the timely and accurate day to day office and facility functions, employee scheduling and payroll functions. You will help provide administrative support for staff, residents, and families.Are you:· A graduate of a recognized business program or equivalent experience· Have two years’ experience· Proficient using computer programs, accounting software, and office programs· Able to work effectively independently while establishing relationships with coworkers, residents and families.MGHSL is committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce.
