Be a part of the excitement!We are looking for a Loader Operator/Yard Organizer to join our team.COMPANY DESCRIPTION:CORE is a privately held oilfield pipeline manufacturing and service company founded in 2012. The Company manufactures and installs a unique factory build pipe-in-pipe corrosion-resistant pipeline system. CORE’s Linepipe product called CORE Liner® uses an outer steel pipe for structural integrity and damage-resistance with a polymer liner inserted in the pipe for a reliable and durable corrosion-resistance barrier. During pipeline construction, welding is eliminated by coupling the steel pipe with a patented mechanism called ClickWeld® which provides a strong, efficient method of joining the steel pipe without compromising the internal plastic liner.ROLE:Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Loader Operator/Yard Organizer works with other members of CORE’s Crossfield team to coordinate the movement of products in COREs yard. This role is based out of CORE’s Crossfield facility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Loader Operator/Yard Organizer may complete a number of tasks within CORE’s facility, including, but not limited to:

• Ensuring workplace safety by actively participating in CORE’s Safety Program
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate heavy equipment; loaders, forklifts, telehandlers, sand spreaders & pickup trucks.
• Safely load and unload pipe to the plant, throughout the yard and from trailers.
• Accountable for the safe, damage free placement and organization of pipe and products.
• Observation of products quality providing feedback to management.
• Inspect, and repair inventory ensuring quality; packaging, cover, corrosion and degradation of pipe.
• Organize and manage truckers in the yard; ship and receive products; load & unload deliveries, compile documentation, sign off on packing slips, log shipping receiving times.
• Inspect incoming materials at time of unloading including completing incoming inspections.
• Organize bunks and dunnage; properly stored, serviced, quantities available.
• Set up and maintain pipe storage; bases, stops.
• Inspect and maintain and yard accessories; saw horses, loading/unloading backstops.
• Heavy equipment inspected, serviced and maintained; inspections, greased, cleaned, fueled, spare parts, scheduled and breakdown service.
• Ensure pipe grapple is in good working order; inspections, greased, cleaned, spare parts basic service, coating protection, fork sleeves …
• Yard maintenance; inspection, ground conditions, rig mats, snow, landscaping, garbage.
• Effectively work with other departments, vendors and contractors to achieve targets.
• Complete employee training, ensuring competency.

QUALIFICATIONS:*Two (2) years’ erelevant experience operating wheel loaders and telehandlers, preferably moving pipe.

• Effectively work with other team members to achieve targets
• Strong work ethic with high personal standards for performance
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects from time to time
• Have a valid driver’s license and able to commute to CORE’s Crossfield facility
• Employment for safety sensitive roles will be subject to satisfactory Drug and Alcohol pre-screening along with Fitness for work assessment.

WORK CONDITIONS:*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Work near heavy equipment on a regular basis

Schedule: 06:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday. Additional days and overtime may be required from time to timeCompensation: Competitive hourly wages, commensurate with experience.
