Coach and develop the team to provide superior customer service and shopping experiences through execution of strategy, customized for the local market, while achieving budgeted financial results. Provide leadership on all Human Resource clerical functions within the four walls of the store. File maintenance, receiving, expenses, paperwork, and Human Resource clerical functions.
