Coach and develop the team to provide superior customer service and shopping experiences through execution of strategy, customized for the local market, while achieving budgeted financial results. Provide leadership on all Human Resource clerical functions within the four walls of the store. File maintenance, receiving, expenses, paperwork, and Human Resource clerical functions. Promote an environment of employee and customer engagement.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:People LeadershipCreate a coaching and development culture for all department employees which embraces a passion for foodManage administration personnel by scheduling, recruiting, performance management, and trainingManage the hiring process for all departmentsConduct and coordinate new hire orientation/ on-boarding processProvide guidance through the training process for each departmentImplement training and development programs for all employeesManage store operations as requiredCustomer OfferingCreate a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit Provide customer service to meet customer needsResolve customer issuesPolicy/ Regulatory AdherenceEnsure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adheredEnsure that OH amp;S, food safety, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintainedFinancialPerform administrative duties as requiredManage the department budgetPerform all payroll functionsManage inbound and outbound inventory processesManage total store expensesEnsure efficient operation of the department to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPI’sPersonal/ Professional DevelopmentThoroughly understand all relevant company programsAttend training as requiredMaintain knowledge of current industry trendsEmployee EngagementBe known as the “employer of choice” by actively supporting an environment of employee engagementOther DutiesCoordinate maintenance of department equipment and repairsProvide feedback for continuous improvementAssist in all store functions as requiredAs requested by companyWhat you have to offer:Above average oral and written communication skillsFull knowledge of department operations and skillsProficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite Full knowledge of total store operations and skillsWorking knowledge of Kronos and SAP software High school DiplomaMinimum of 18 months of experience in administration/ front endWe offer teammates competitive total compensation packages that will vary by role and location.
