Description:As a member of our Campus Services team, the Campus Clerk will assist with both external and internal inquiries (student, staff and general public) in person, by telephone, or by correspondence for programs that are available college wide. You would be expected to handle routine public relations functions by exchanging general information on policies and procedures; maintain course interest lists for all program areas and follow-up with students by phone and mail. This role has a responsibility for cash outs and bank deposits at the end of the business day, therefore attention to detail and accuracy is essential. This position does require that you have excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working with frequent interruptions.You can expect that other duties in your day would include performing all registration procedures for students and other prospective college clients, as well as keeping the computerized student records on "Colleague" current. An equivalent combination of experience may be accepted. Experience and proficiency with a current version of MS Office is required, along with knowledge of validation of cash and balancing of accounts. Familiarity with student records registration system is an asset.The successful candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive clerical test.Quick Apply
