We are a team of 15,000 dedicated employees.The Woodlands Division is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Deersdale team as a Scales Administrator.Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety management system is followed on site, site visitors are orientated to company standard and site is always secured.
• Perform safety check-ins with contractors bi-hourly and inform supervisor and contractors when applicable.
• Booking and scheduling of float trucks for machine movement using our dispatch and coordinating with contractors and supervisors.
• Ensure truck scales are working and calibrated correctly, printing load slips and ensuring all safety requirements are followed.
• Ensure fuel pumps are working correctly, readings are accurate, and payment is collected when applicable.
• Gather and collect information when forest fires happen, ensure information is accurate and relayed to proper channels.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be on a rotating schedule
• High School Diploma
• Work with minimal supervision
