The position plays an important role in the company as it ensures that the defined aftermarket territory continues to grow and new sales are generated from current and new customers. ResponsibilitiesMaintaining constant contact with customers through scheduled correspondence and emerging channels (social media)Identifying and developing solutions to the needs of key segments for Maintenance Contracts, Shop and road Work, Power and accessories, Allied Product Linesamp; Hand Pallet TrucksLiaising regularly to inform customers of all the products and services available including the features, benefits, etc. Organizing driving training and leasing agreements for the proposed equipment and servicesAdvertising all the available products and services to the customers and answering any questionsReview and target all of the competition within the assigned territory and develop ways to offer better service agreements, repairs, and overhauls Developing long-lasting professional relationships with existing customers through scheduled communication and cooperationDrafting customer quotations for products and services assisting in drafting the internal order forms and paperwork and updating the databasesQualifications A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is necessary.
