About our ClientOur client, a fast-growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting ASAP. The position plays an important role in the company as it ensures that the defined aftermarket territory continues to grow and new sales are generated from current and new customers. ResponsibilitiesMaintaining constant contact with customers through scheduled correspondence and emerging channels (social media)Identifying and developing solutions to the needs of key segments for Maintenance Contracts, Shop and road Work, Power and accessories, Allied Product Linesamp; Hand Pallet TrucksLiaising regularly to inform customers of all the products and services available including the features, benefits, etc. Organizing driving training and leasing agreements for the proposed equipment and servicesAdvertising all the available products and services to the customers and answering any questionsReview and target all of the competition within the assigned territory and develop ways to offer better service agreements, repairs, and overhauls Developing long-lasting professional relationships with existing customers through scheduled communication and cooperationDrafting customer quotations for products and services assisting in drafting the internal order forms and paperwork and updating the databasesQualifications A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is necessary. Candidates with backgrounds in flooring or building materials are preferred Secondary School or a University Degree/College Diploma is a great bonusGreat skills in sales, prospecting, or equivalentFamiliarity in the background in account development, call control, opportunity qualifying, opportunity pre-visit planning, account development, time management, and territory managementAdvanced written/verbal communication skills, You are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, and peersImpressive work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, and a professional attitudeDemonstrates a self-driven, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results, and goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve set targetsSuperb customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all timesDisplays attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem-identification and problem-resolution skillsPossesses appropriate knowledge of time management and organizational skillsA valid driver #39;s license is required How to ApplyAll applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada and require a valid Work Permit and Social Insurance Number.Good jobs go fast.
