  • Shift: Morning Shiftamp; Afternoon Shift.
    • Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
    • 5:00 AM to 3:30 PMamp; 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.
Pay Range:
  • $30 - $36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare jobs efficiently to meet production schedules.
  • Create precise layouts for fabrication processes.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret shop drawings with accuracy.
  • Fabricate and form mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
  • Safely rig components for lifting as needed.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to company quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC brake presses, including 235-ton Accurpress with vision control software and 400-ton Mitsubishi models.
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication techniques, grades, and shapes.
  • Ability to calculate stretch-outs and select appropriate dies.
  • Proficiency in both imperial and metric measurements.
  • Experience using a Vernier Caliper to work within tight tolerances.
  • Skills in reading, analyzing, and interpreting shop drawings.
  • Ability to maximize material utilization and minimize waste.
  • Basic computer skills for using the in-house job board.
  • Clear communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, including bending.
  • Capability to lift over 50 lbs.
