Job Description

Join Our Team as a Shop Helper and Helper Lead!At Marcon Metalfab, we are on a mission to become North America’s leading supplier of joints, bearings, railing systems, custom-fabricated steel, and rubber products for the transportation sector and beyond.   • Shift: Weekend Shift.
  • Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts).
  • 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM
Pay Range:
  • $22 - $28 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning the shop/yard.
  • Cleaning steel with a grinder.
  • Packing up jobs for shipping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with power/air tools.
  • Understanding of basic English (written + spoken).
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
  • Overhead crane experience is an asset.
