Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry-leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function. Position: Production SupervisorLocation: Richmond, BC Salary: $60,000-$75,000 (per year depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Electronics / IndustrialEmployment Term: Full Time / in-person Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the flow of production and scheduling as well as ensuring product is shipped out on time, making sure quality adheres to standards.
  • Manage and oversee production workers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Watch production processes, adjust schedules to meet targets, and have a daily 10-minute meeting at the KPI board to review tasks with Team Leaders.
  • Train new employees on production procedures, safety, and quality standards.
  • Regularly inspect operations for compliance with company policies and collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
  • Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of safety. Keep accurate records of production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Additional related duties as needed.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience required.
  • Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and production software.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
