Work the Adventure!Join us on Wednesday, September 20th and Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 10am-7pm for an in-store Job Fair!5000 Canoe Pass Way, TsawwassenBass Pro Shops is hiring full-time and part-time employees for our retail store in Tsawwassen.We are hiring for various sales and operational positions, such as Warehouse, Cashier, Hunting, Apparel, Archery, Marine, Gifts and Sign Shop. All positions are critical to the experience customers have in our retail store by assisting customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions, restocking merchandise and operating the POS system. We are looking for employees (Outfitters) with a passion for customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for all outdoor enthusiasts!Qualifications:

  • Must be 17 years of age or older to apply;
  • Excellent, courteous and professional communication skills;
  • Customer focused;
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Those applying for positions at the Gun Counter, Hunting, or Customer Service must be 18 years of age or older and either have, or be willing to obtain, a P.A.L. license;
  • Full-time applicants require open availability including evenings and weekends. Part-time applicants require a minimum weekly availability of 12 hours including at least one full weekend day and one closing shift;
  • POS or inventory software experience is preferred.
  • General knowledge of outdoor products and retail practices and procedures is preferred;
