After 40 years at the Don Mills location- the Kraft Heinz Canada headquarters will move to the Queen’s Quay Terminal (QQT) at 207 Queen’s Quay West. Roles currently based out of the Don Mills office will move to Queen’s Quay upon its opening in Spring-Summer 2023. A Kraft Heinz marketer knows the world and the context within which their Brand competes today and where it can compete in the future.About this role:As a Marketing Associate- Innovation Expansion- you will have the chance to work on a broad scope of innovation projects that will drive transformation and growth for our iconic brands like Kraft Dinner- Classico- Mio- and Heinz. More importantly you will contribute to the development of our marketing strategy and innovation pipeline. This includes implementing our initiatives in support of long-term strategies by working with a cross-functional team including sales- finance- R&D- supply- consumer insights- and communications. By understanding consumers needs and identifying relevant insights to provide recommendations on maximizing growth opportunities and identifying whitespace areas for further growth potential.Requirements

  • An undergraduate university degree in business is preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Drive for results and demonstrated ability to deliver growth
  • Operates with agility and resilience with solid problem solving and simplification skills
  • Proven analytical capabilities in interpreting and driving action from data- to drive consumer first solutions through the delivery of innovation projects
  • Strong communication- influence and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment (R&D- Finance- Sales- Operations- etc)
  • Creating and delivering breakthrough innovation that will deliver strong results and build brands in the future
  • Project management of innovation and renovation projects in line with the long-term strategy- and in strong collaboration with cross-category teams for best on-time in class execution
  • Track record of taking initiative
  • A passion for brands and innovation
  • AC Nielsen experience an asset
