Headquartered in Boisbriand, Quebec, and bolstered by an Aerospace Engineering Center, MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S., Canada and Germany. A wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd, MHI RJ Aviation Group includes MHI RJ Aviation ULC (Canada), MHI RJ Aviation Inc. (U.S.A.) and MHI RJ Aviation GmbH (Germany).The Data and Application Services (DAS) team supports the business through sales, product distribution, subscription management, accounts receivable management and collection, customer support, and application development for subscriptions to technical publications by MHI RJ customers.In this role you will contribute to support the team in carrying out customer service, product distribution, quotes, and invoices to ensure accurate billing and subscriptions to technical publications.Your tasks will include :Customer support (30%)

  • Timely identify inbound communications and understand customer needs.
  • Provide immediate assistance to customers and distribute to technical teams when needed.
  • Follow up on queries and requests and provide updates to customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex, ambiguous, and urgent requests.
Subscription management and product distribution (25%)
  • Activate, deactivate, and update subscriptions to ensure customers access correct products.
  • Update publication revision and product code in subscription management tool.
  • Coordinate distribution of physical items (i.e., print manuals) to global customers.
  • Collect customer information as required by Engineering teams for customization of manuals.
Quotes, invoices, collections (25%)
  • Create quotes and invoices based on customer requests and monthly subscription renewals.
  • Support internal requests for price estimates, account statements, and invoice information.
  • Notify customers and internal teams on aging invoices and payments due.
  • Perform data entry on appropriate reports and systems.
Sales (20%)
  • Clear focus on continuous product evolution and margin expansion
  • Understand customer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Submit quotes for customer approval, and special requests to leadership approval.
The skills you bring:
  • University bachelor’s degree in business administration or Commerce.
  • At least 2-years business analyses and proposal development in an Aerospace service delivery environment, strong financial acumen and focus on operational execution is a must.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills, with ability to provide high quality customer service.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills, able to maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner always representing the interests of both the Customer and MHIRJ.
  • Previous experience in developing proposals and commercial contracts are definite assets.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self starter and demonstrated ability to work to broad objectives and with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite products – especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
