Job descriptionDelivery ClerkJob SummaryThe Delivery Person must deliver orders and other products to customers across the region. He or she must provide unparalleled customer care.NEED A Driver for the coming Week as our regular driver is not feeling well.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care

  • Provide courteous customer care.
  • Collect and communicate customer comments and/or suggestions to management
Work Methods
  • Collect orders and/or other merchandise from their designated location in the branch.
  • Deliver orders and merchandise to customers according to a schedule and territory pre-determined with the owner.
  • Deposit customer payments and issue the amounts received to the branch.
  • Communicate all delivery errors to the branch.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in a functional and clean condition.
  • Comply with the Highway Safety Code and drive responsibly.
  • Perform all other responsibilities required by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma;
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
  • Auto insurance ;
  • Excellent SAAQ driving record;
  • Knowledge of the branch’s delivery territory;
