  • A Passion for People and relationship building
  • Hospitality or Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an asset
  • Proven strategic problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial tools
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Personal organization and time management skills
Responsibilities:
  • Responding to contact requests promptly
  • Managing reservations and inquiries
  • Conducting building tours
  • Handling event quotes and contracts
  • Coordinating event details and logistics
  • Updating calendars and tracking sales
  • Invoicing and post-event follow-up
  • Website and promotional updates
  • Administrative tasks and inventory management.
