We value our team members and provide an empowering work environment that fosters growth and development.Responsibilities:As an Executive Assistant at The Acquisition Group, you will be responsible for seamlessly supporting business tasks for Senior Executives in our leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in organizing business schedules, including meetings, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, task coordination, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with executive priorities.
  • Handle all correspondence with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives, maintaining an organized system for task prioritization.
  • Streamline internal process organization to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role. Management experience is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in entire suite of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in business communications – verbal and written.
  • High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve independently; self-sufficient.
  • Exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills - you will directly represent the leaders of our company.
