For more information about Celanese and our products please visit www.celanese.comThe individual will be responsible for:•Planning of work orders and creation of work order plans in SAP•Attach relevant approved drawings, procedures, and forms to work orders•Work with Maintenance, Operation #39;s, and Reliability representatives to ensure proper troubleshooting of equipment issues•Ownership of assigned work during execution stage•Ensure outside contractor requirements are identified and contact contractors and manufacturers to arrange work when required. InformContractor Coordinator of schedule for contractor•Ordering of materials, entry of requisition in SAP and assurance of parts availability* Holds relevant Alberta journeyman certification.* A minimum of five (5) years #39; experience in a manufacturing environment * Experience with SAP software as related to maintenance in a manufacturing facility strongly desired * Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization* Ability to motivate and drive engagement in others* Effective conflict resolution skills* Excellent verbal, listening and written skills, and basic computer skills* Microsoft Office Excel and Word strongly desired * Experience with Maintenance methods and practices* Incorporates high level of safety in all work plans* Turnaround Execution as related to multidiscipline work* Strong Organizational Skills* Ability to prioritize steps to complete complex work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment* Familiarity with Maintenance KPI #39;s around safety, shutdown maintenance performance and regular maintenance performance
