Job DescriptionWe are looking for full-time Prep Cooks to join our team at CANEX Carling Campus. The Prep Cook prepares, cooks and serves a variety of foods either in the back of the house or on the line.Job Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service- Assist Cooks with daily menu- Cook on the line, grill and use ovens- Prepare stations with food- Serve food on the line- Assembly of product- Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area- Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures- May perform other job duties as requiredQualifications- Food service experience required- Knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards- Enjoy working with others in a team setting- Excellent customer service skillsThe selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
