We don #39;t settle until we give our best and know that we #39;re making a difference.As a Senior Landscape Architect based in our multiple offices across Canada , you #39;ll have the opportunity to work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment, working closely with engineers, landscape architects, architects, planners, and biologists on projects for a diverse client base. You #39;lllearn from highly skilled and experienced members of our teamto solve a range of problemsas you grow your career. You #39;ll prepare plans, details and reports for project design elements; utilize relevant software programs in preparing exhibits and complex working drawings; assist in the development of proposals and project deliverables; and communicate design concepts and technical information to clients, stakeholders, permitting agencies, and internal team members.Working together, we #39;ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.You #39;ll be working mainly from home (unless you prefer coming into the office), with the expectation to travel for client /site meetings and occasional team meetings.Here #39;s What You #39;ll Need:- Master #39;s or Bachelor #39;s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program- Minimum 8 years of experience as a landscape architect and/or landscape designer- Experience with planting, hardscape, and landscape grading design- Advanced design skills- Comprehensive graphic ability, and experience with AutoCAD and Photoshop- Full member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA) or AALA.Ideally, You #39;ll Also Have:- Proficiency with MicroStation, ArcGIS, Revit or Sketch-up- Relevant project experience#LI-Hybrid#biaAt Jacobs, we #39;re challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world #39;s most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.
