We develop and manage hotels and restaurants with a commitment to quality, comfort, and exceptional guest experiences.We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our design and construction team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting hotel and other commercial projects, both new builds and renovations.---What You #39;ll Do· Develop creative and functional interior and exterior design concepts for new construction and renovation projects.· Create and modify design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.· Select materials, finishes, millwork details, furniture, and lighting, considering quality, budget, and aesthetics.· Work closely with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and structural elements.· Visit construction sites regularly to ensure the design vision is executed accurately.· Oversee procurement and delivery of FF amp;E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).---What You Bring· Minimum 4 years of interior design experience, preferably in commercial or hospitality design.· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).· Bachelor #39;s Degree in Interior Design or an Interior Design Technology Certificate.· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.· Professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent time management.---Why Join Us· Work with a passionate and collaborative team.· Be involved in projects that directly impact guest experience and brand identity.· Opportunity for growth in a reputable and established company.· Group Benefits available· Salary commensurate with experience
