Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfactionand will play an essential role responding to guest requests and needs.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to guest questions and requests in an efficient and professional manner
• Providing warm, customer-centric service at all times, with a focus on exceeding guest

expectations

• Performing daily guest check-ins and check-outs
• Creating and processing invoices and payments
• Taking phone calls and queries, and responding to e-mail inquiries
• Coordinating daily guest activities punctually and professionally
• Assisting with service activities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years related experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer-service mindset and a talent for solving problems effectively
• Comfortable working with computers and keeping accurate records
• Ability to communicate effectively and to work as part of a high-performing team
• Punctuality, attention to detail and skill at managing time effectively
• Customer-service and guest-focused mindset
• Enthusiasm, energy and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a top-notch guest

experience

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Must present a clean and professional appearance at all times

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
