Remote Affiliate Account Manager Role:The combined Gen3 family expertly oversees more affiliate businesses than any agency in the world.We are now looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to join the team and be part of a fast-paced growing group.LOCATION:The Affiliate Manager is a remote, work-from-home position. Canada, US, and LATAM locations will be considered, however, however, we are looking for candidates that have Native or Bilingual English proficiency.THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager, who can autonomously manage a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution. Job responsibilities include driving strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.ABOUT YOU:â—2+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) requiredâ— Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten etc.)â— Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.â— Strategic and execution mindsetâ— Ability to solve problems and work independentlyâ— Confidence and eloquence in client meetingsâ— Strong reporting and analytical skillsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: â— Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goalsâ— Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programsâ— Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clientsamp; secure buy-in from decision-makersâ— Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metricsamp; KPIsâ— Produce forecasts, and set budgets for the affiliate program.â— Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendarsâ— Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance and communication to affiliatesâ— Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure dealsâ— Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tacticsâ— Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvementsBENEFITS:We offer you:â— Growth Opportunities within the companyâ— The chance to develop your expertise skills, with a creative and high-performing international teamâ— Competitive salaryâ— Work from homeâ— Paid Company Holidaysâ— 15 PTO daysPowered by JazzHR
