Asset Management AssociateOur client, in the insurance industry, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented professional to join their team. This role is essential for supporting their asset management functions, focusing on financial analysis, lease negotiations, and property management documentation. What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $45 to $53, based on experience.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Prepare proposals, NPV/IRR/NER analysis, and deal recommendations for review and approval by the Asset Management Directors.• Review and audit quarterly appraisals.• Review and/or prepare offers to lease, lease agreements, and other documents related to existing and prospective tenants.• Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and brokers.• Track and maintain encumbrance lists, stacking plans, and floor plans.What you will need to succeed:• University degree.• 3-5 years of relevant experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ARGUS.• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.• Superior flexibility in the face of ambiguous situations, shifting demands, and challenging work environments.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to complex and new situations requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation.• Knowledge of real estate legal documents, such as leases, sublease agreements, indemnity agreements, consent forms, and a strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
