Summary of the opportunity- Client Overview: We are hiring for a client in the technology industry.- Role Summary: As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be the client #39;s safety representative on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and overseeing the general contractor #39;s implementation of the approved safety program.4. What are the key responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for implementing EHS programs at a specific datacenter site.- Be accountable for EHS performance metrics and implement improvement plans.- Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and reviews of safe work practices.- Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments for various hazards.- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.- Deliver regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements.- Embody the company #39;s culture and values.5. What experience are we looking for to drive success- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in the safety industry.- 5+ years of experience in construction.- 2+ years of experience in data center construction (ideally).- Experience overseeing general contractors and reporting incidents.- Fluent in English.- Comfortable working on-site in a data center construction environment.- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent skills in analysis, planning, organization, direction, and control.- Ability to understand nuances of communicating with local unionized construction laborers.6.
