• You #39;ll be the direct owner of designing the visual experience of Our client, where we proudly think of our product not so much as a#39;product #39; but as an artisan#39;craft #39;.
• You #39;ll have much more scope than the “average designer”: This is not just pixel-pushing. You #39;ll have the autonomy to pursue a true design-first product development process -from connecting with our customers to helping make product-level decisions
• You #39;ll work at a fast pace, making decisions quickly based on our best judgment, data, and brand guidelines
• You #39;ll closely collaborate with the engineering and product owners, regularly translating their requests and feedback into Figma multiple times throughout the day
• You #39;ll find yourself sharing a big table with remarkable people operating at the 10X speed of an average person, helping them shape ideas into final designs:

Responsibilities

• Design and own the exact frames that thousands of Creator-Entrepreneurs will interact with
• Work directly with our founders in creativequot;jams quot; to visualize their ideas
• Work directly with cross-functional and product teams to enable their work with design
• Storyboard ideas and envision new platform experiences on your own
• Champion a beautiful design and brand identity for Stan
• Be proud of the product you #39;re designing and owning, always dreaming up new ways to push the needle

• Aesthetic: An elegant and clean aesthetic, but with the right amount of room for joy and playfulness. Incredibly detail-oriented. And ruthless about simplicity.
• Execution Speed: We ship 5-10 updates a week, with most requiring design input
